The famous comedy actor Ryan Reynolds announced the opening of a new non-profit organization with a video that he shared from his own YouTube account. Let’s look at the details together.
Ryan Reynolds has made the transition to providing opportunities for creative personalities in communities.
The famous actress announced that she will open a non-profit organization to increase creative individuals and reveal their talents, especially in minority groups.
This organization, called the Creative Ladder, will open programs and services, providing opportunities for students and promising creative individuals in the fields of marketing, advertising, design and commercial production.
The Creative Ladder will be operational this fall and will include a Creative Leadership Conference and a six-month Leadership Academy to teach creative individuals basic management skills.
Creative Ladder conducted its own study and found that 78% of non-white creative individuals were unaware of the existence of their business even when they graduated from high school, and 69% still could not find a job after graduating from college.
In this new organization founded by Reynolds, those who already have a creative career will also receive leadership training and will be able to consolidate their skills as career development resources and networking opportunities become more accessible to them.
Reynolds also expresses his love for the commercial, which he likens to making “mini-movies” in the promotional video.
